Based in Houston, but always dreaming bigger!
MARY DUPONT - Executive Partner + Director of Team Development
Mary is a behind-the-chair powerhouse and one of FLOWE’S fearless leaders. She specializes in seamless transformation and customized micro keratin tip extensions, with over a decade in the industry. Beyond her artistry, Mary thrives in the logistics of team development - guiding stylists to meet (and exceed) their goals through mentorship, strategy, and structure. As a creative leader and educator, she plays a vital role in shaping FLOWE’s culture of growth, excellence, and collaboration.
JACKIE TREVINO - Stylist
Jackie is a rising artist at FLOWE Studio with a keen eye for soft, dimensional color and blonde contouring. With nearly two years behind the chair and one of our most in-depth apprenticeships under her belt, she blends precision with heart. A new mom and dedicated creative, Jackie is always growing and always glowing.
JEAN GARCIA - Stylist
Jean is a walking piece of art, known just as much for her bold tattoos as for her fearless creativity behind the chair. Specializing in barbering, short cuts, and custom wig coloring, she blends precision with imagination. With a deep love for the full spectrum of color theory, Jean brings hair to life in vibrant, personalized ways. As a devoted mom of three, her approach is naturally gentle and intuitive - grounded in warmth, but always with a spark.
ERIKA AMAYA - Stylist
Erika is a rising talent at FLOWE Studio known for precision cuts and a full spectrum of color work - from bold transformations to seamless gray coverage. Originally from El Salvador, she brings style, heart, and creative energy to every guest experience. She also leads content creation for FLOWE’s social platforms, blending beauty with storytelling.
DIANA VELSAQUEZ - Stylist
